Runyan Lake Point Property Owners Association, Inc. - Resources Page - The Runyan Lake Point Property Owner's Association, Inc. (RLPPOA) is a private community located off of Carmer Road via the private road Runyan Lake Point, which is owned and maintained by the RLPPOA. Runyan Lake Point provides access to Spring Street, which is also owned and maintained by the RLPPOA. The Runyan Lake Point community has existed since 1932, and has an annual fall tradition of hosting the Turtle Race.
