The bylaws of RLPPOA, a Summer Resort Corporation, are available HERE in PDF format.   Please contact RLPPOA if you are unable to print the bylaws and need a hard copy of them.

Bylaws Amendments:  A proposal to amend the bylaws was brought before the Membership during the 2010 Spring Meeting, and was voted on during the 2010 Fall Meeting.  The intent of these bylaws changes is to bring our bylaws into full compliance with recent Michigan Attorney General opinion 7320.  The Membership approved the proposal as presented.
