Runyan Lake Heights Association, Inc. - Resources Page - The Runyan Lake Heights Association, Inc. (RLHAI) is a private community located off of Carmer Road via the private road Merrill Drive, which is owned and maintained by the RLHAI. Merrill Drive also provides access to Hillcrest Drive, Lakeshore Drive, Locust Drive, East Drive, and North Drive which are also owned and maintained by the RLHAI. The Runyan Lake Heights community was platted in 1928 and 1929. A park exists for the use of the lot owners but does not provide access to Runyan Lake for uses other than fishing and swimming.
